You’ve read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Tried to breathe through it.
You know the language of growth, maybe you even help others grow.
And still, something in you feels stuck. Tight. Not quite here.
Sometimes we know too much and feel too little.
Sometimes we learn the theories, but our body holds a different truth.
Sometimes the breakdown doesn’t come in loud chaos, but in quiet disconnection.
This is therapy, not coaching, and not a quick fix. It’s a relational, somatic process that meets you where you are: in your real, raw, unfiltered experience.
Many of my clients are high-functioning and self-aware — yet beneath the surface, they feel disconnected, fatigued, anxious, or quietly overwhelmed.
Body Therapy Reset is a space to come home.
Not to your thoughts.
Not to your performance.
But to your felt sense — the place where real healing begins.
This is somatic and relational therapy for individuals who have done the work and recognise that something deeper is still calling.
You’ve been strong for too long. But your body still says: I can’t keep going like this.

Together, we slow things down.
We notice what’s underneath the tension.
We build the safety to feel — not all at once, but in a way that your nervous system can truly hold.
This is not about going back to who you were.
It’s about becoming someone your body can trust now.
You don’t need to be “better.”
You need to be met — gently, fully, in all that you carry.
Talk therapy can bring awareness. Coaching can offer direction. But some patterns live deeper — in the body, in the nervous system, in the places words haven’t reached.
When stress or trauma happens (especially early on), the body learns to protect. Muscles tighten. Breath shallows. Emotions get stored, not expressed. Over time, we start calling that “personality” , but it’s often just adaptation.
Somatic therapy works by gently reconnecting you to those signals. Not to re-live pain, but to feel safe enough to release it.
Relational therapy adds another layer: you don’t have to do this alone. The therapeutic relationship becomes a space where your system learns new safety, co-regulation, and repair, often for the first time.
This is not about quick catharsis or analysis.
It’s about slow, embodied integration, with someone by your side.
That’s okay. Many of us don’t.
Especially if we’ve had to keep going, keep achieving, keep it together — no matter how we felt.
Some of us only pause when the pain gets too loud.
When burnout hits.
When the gut flares up.
When our body becomes the messenger, we can no longer ignore it.
Others have learned to say:
“I’ll handle it on my own.”
“It’s not that bad.”
“I just need to push through.”
And maybe that worked — until it didn’t.
This work isn’t about breaking you open.
It’s about offering you a space where you don’t have to carry it alone.
Where you don’t have to “be strong” or “figure it out.”
Where your system can finally exhale.
Maybe no one hit you.
Maybe you got good grades, built a career, and learned to take care of everyone else.
But maybe you also:
• Apologise for having needs
• Can’t stop fixing or overthinking
• Don’t know how to rest — unless you’re sick
• Feel numb in moments when you wish you could feel joy
That, too, is trauma.
Not in the dramatic, capital-T way.
But in the subtle, relational, everyday sense.
The kind that teaches your body to brace instead of receive. To perform instead of connect.
You don’t have to collapse to ask for support.
You don’t need to wait for a crisis to give yourself care.
Sometimes, just being human in this world is reason enough.
That’s the thing. Insight doesn’t always equal integration.
You can explain your childhood, name your patterns, even help others…
… and still feel frozen, anxious, disconnected, or stuck.
That doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you.
It means the healing never reached your body.
This work picks up where the words leave off.
Where the body holds what the mind has already tried to solve.
