Our team

Who we are

Not just one person,
a team of women and men.

Behind this work is not just one person, but a team who bring strength, depth, and diversity of experience.

Our foundation

Each of us carries our own story: some of us have lived and worked abroad, some have grown through corporate HR and leadership roles, while others have developed through psychotherapy, education, or community work. What unites us is the same foundation: a belief in authentic connection, respect for every human being, and the courage to face complexity rather than hide behind easy answers.

We understand what it means to navigate change, to take on responsibility, and to rebuild when life takes unexpected turns. That lived experience shapes the way we coach, support, and challenge.

Clients often tell us they feel our presence as real, not performative: women who don't pretend to know everything, but who bring wisdom, warmth, and clarity into the room. We meet you as you are, without judgment, and walk with you toward where you want to be.

Who we work with

This is a team that works with leaders, expats, professionals, families, and individuals: people who want more than surface-level "fixes." With us, you'll find conversations that matter, partnerships that hold, and a space where growth becomes possible.

We work across languages, cultures, and time zones, offering sessions in Serbian, Croatian, English, and Spanish. Many of our clients live abroad, lead teams across continents, or navigate life between places. That's why our work easily moves between contexts, from psychotherapy to executive coaching, from personal healing to leadership development. What connects it all is not a technique, but a way of being.

We value conversations that touch both heart and mind, where awareness meets action. Some of us work more with the inner world: emotions, body, patterns of attachment, while others help people grow in their professional roles, teams, and organizations. Together, we form one ecosystem of growth. Our strength lies in integration: between thinking and feeling, structure and flow, self and other.

We believe that real change happens when people feel both supported and challenged, seen and invited to stretch. That's the balance we hold in every encounter: grounded, present, and human. Whether you come to us as a client, a leader, or a partner, you'll meet a team that speaks the language of depth, across cultures, disciplines, and human experience. A team that doesn't just work with people, but with what makes us human.

A common question

What "Under Supervision" means

People often ask why, under some of our names, it says that a therapist or coach is under supervision, and what that actually means.

In psychotherapy, especially in relational and psychodynamic work, supervision is not a form of control, but a relationship of reflection. It's a professional space where a therapist brings the complexities of their client work, not to be judged, but to be seen through another pair of eyes. Together with a supervisor, they look at unconscious dynamics, subtle shifts in contact, and how the therapist's own reactions might mirror the client's experience.

That ongoing reflection is what keeps therapy alive, ethical, and human. It's not about "being checked on." It's about staying in dialogue: about never pretending we can see the whole picture alone. In relational approaches, this humility is part of the method itself. It acknowledges that we are always co-creating reality with another person, and that every encounter changes us too.

In psychodynamic work, supervision helps us hold what is hard to see: the patterns, projections, and emotional undercurrents that shape every relationship. It's where we pause, name what's happening, and make sure that our responses truly serve the client's growth, not our own comfort.

So when you see under supervision, it doesn't mean someone is still "in training." It means they are actively engaged in the discipline of awareness, meeting regularly with an experienced colleague to think, feel, and question their own process. It's part of how we ensure that what happens in the room stays ethical, responsive, and alive.

Many of us have worked for years, even decades, and still choose to remain under supervision. Some of us have multiple certifications and postgraduate degrees, yet every few years, we start something new: another training, another modality, another mirror that helps us see better. And every time we do, we return to supervision.

Because this profession, much like life, doesn't reward certainty. It rewards presence. And supervision is one of the ways we stay present: humble enough to keep learning, and brave enough to keep looking inward.

So when you read under supervision, know that it's not a mark of inexperience.
It's a mark of integrity: a reminder that we're all, always, still becoming.
Beyond the room

We bring the same grounded approach to the stage.

Beyond our therapeutic and coaching work, our team is also invited to deliver keynote talks and public lectures at conferences, leadership gatherings, and organizational events. We bring the same relational and psychologically grounded approach to the stage as we do to our sessions, bridging complex ideas about human behavior, change, and resilience with the realities of modern organizations.

Our talks explore what it truly means to lead with awareness, navigate transformation, and stay human in times of pressure and uncertainty. Whether speaking to executives, teams, or the public, our aim is always the same: to make insight practical, emotional truth accessible, and growth possible.
